Suzie Martin has seen first hand how frustration and disorganization can be created when property management companies grow too fast, specifically in the Edmundston rental housing market. There is simply not enough man-power to handle all the jobs. Thus, she founded Integrity SM Property Management, a company that prioritizes quality service and clients over excessive acquisition of rental properties. She works with select clients only by using customized and personalized approach. Suzie takes all her client's matters and concerns personally and ensures each client gets enough attention.
She believes open and effective communication, and personalized service are the key to creating win-win situations for both tenants and landlords.
